Our Process

What is working with us like?

Initial Contact

You reach out to say hello and give us a little bit of information about your event. 

First Meeting

You either meet us at our showroom in SoDo, or we have a zoom call. This is where we talk about all of the details of what you’re looking for. We’ll ask lots of questions!

Don’t know what you’re looking for? That’s okay, too! We’ll help you figure out what you need. 

Proposal

You will get a proposal from us with pricing options. We often include inspiration images so you can get an idea of what we’re picturing. 

At that point we can chat again to talk about adjustments you’d like to make. 

Contract

You’ll sign our event contract and pay the date hold fee so nobody can book over your event date.  

Mockup

We include a mockup at no extra charge with most events. You’ll come into the shop to see a sample flower arrangement.

This takes place 4-8 weeks ahead of your event, depending on the size and scope. This is also when your final balance is due.
