We always love to welcome our clients to the Aría Style showroom but know that may not always be possible. Our first meeting can be at your venue, your home or even via phone or Skype if you’re outside of the Seattle area.

During our meeting, we’ll ask you a variety of questions to allow us to discover your style, story and personality. We will then build and email a proposal to you covering everything we’ve discussed. Once you receive it, you can review it and talk to us about any questions you might have. We know that your needs may change as your décor plan evolves, but this document is the perfect starting point. It’s important to us that you know we work with you to achieve your vision while being conscientious of your budget.

Our couples love being able to sneak a peek at their event design before the big day. We offer an additional (optional) meeting to see a full table setting and one additional piece of your choosing (bridal bouquet or centerpiece, for example).

We deliver and place your wedding and event flowers & décor before your event begins. For wedding clients, we often remain through the ceremony so we can oversee any floral arrangements, Aría Style furnishings or other items that need to be transitioned from the ceremony space to the reception area. Items are often repurposed from ceremony to reception to make the most of your budget. We want to make sure they—and you—are well taken care of.

Full-service approach events.

After the event, we arrange to take down and remove all rental items. We love seeing our flowers go home with your selected friends, family or attendees at the end of the evening, so we do all we can to ensure they can be easily removed from the venue. That way they can be a special memory of your event and enjoyed for days to come.
